Da Nang is buzzing, and the excitement is electric! The moment we've all been waiting for is finally here – the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2025 kicks off TONIGHT, May 31st! Running until July 12th, 2025, our city's skies are set to transform into a breathtaking canvas of light, color, and artistry.

When Will the Fireworks Festival (DIFF) 2025 Take Place?

DIFF 2025 is set to be the longest and most grandiose season yet, featuring 10 teams from 9 countries across six incredible competition nights:

• May 31st (Opening Night): "Legacy of Culture" – Vietnam 1 (Da Nang) vs. Finland (the reigning DIFF 2024 champion!)
• June 7th: "The Art of Creativity" – Vietnam 2 (Z121 Company) vs. Poland
• June 14th: "The Path of Unity" – Canada vs. People's Republic of China
• June 21st: "Sustainable Development" – Portugal vs. United Kingdom
• June 28th: "Powered by Innovation" – Republic of Korea vs. Italy
• July 12th (Grand Finale): "The New Rising Era" – The two best-performing teams battle for the crown!

(Note: There's a break on July 5th)

All performances are scheduled to begin at 8:00 PM.

DIFF 2025 Ticket Prices and Where to Buy

Securing a grandstand ticket is highly recommended to get the best, most immersive views. Here's the ticket information:

Venue: The main grandstand and stage are located on the pavement along Tran Hung Dao Street, directly opposite the fireworks launch site at the Han River Port.

Ticket Prices (Regular Nights, including Opening Night):

• A VIP: 3,500,000 VND
• A Stand: 2,000,000 VND
• A1, A2 Stands: 1,500,000 VND
• A3 Stand: 1,000,000 VND

Ticket Prices (Final Night - July 12th):

• A VIP: 4,000,000 VND
• A Stand: 2,500,000 VND
• A1, A2 Stands: 2,000,000 VND
• A3, A4 Stands: 1,300,000 VND (Children under 1 meter tall can enter for free when sharing a seat with an adult.)

Best Viewing Spots (Beyond the Grandstand)

While grandstand tickets offer the best direct views, there are other ways to enjoy the fireworks:

• Best free viewing spots: Popular spots include the Dragon Bridge, Han River Bridge, and the Bach Dang riverside promenade. Be prepared for crowds in these areas.

Road Closures and Traffic Instructions for DIFF 2025

To ensure safety and smooth traffic flow during the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2025, the city has announced specific road closures and traffic regulations on event nights. Here's what you need to know:

Time-Specific Road Closures

From 4:00 PM until the end of the event on each fireworks night (May 31, June 7, June 14, June 21, June 28, and July 12), multiple central roads will be closed to cars. Only authorized vehicles with official DIFF permits will be allowed past the barricades.

Roads closed to car traffic include:

• Bạch Đằng Street: Closed from Dragon Bridge to 3 Tháng 2 Street
• Lê Duẩn Street: Closed from Nguyễn Chí Thanh to Bạch Đằng Street
• Trần Hưng Đạo Street: Closed from Vũ Văn Dũng to Vân Đồn Street
• Nguyễn Thế Lộc Streets
• Phạm Văn Đồng Streets

Note: Phạm Văn Đồng and Nguyễn Thế Lộc Streets will still allow vehicles over 30 seats (e.g., large tour buses).

From 5:00 PM onwards, full closures will apply to all vehicles (except special-permit holders) on additional key roads, including:

• Bạch Đằng Street: Additional closure from Phan Đình Phùng to Lý Thường Kiệt Street
• Han River Bridge and its eastern approach roads
• An Đồn and Trần Hưng Đạo Streets: Closed from Nguyễn Công Trứ to Vân Đồn Street
• Lê Văn Duyệt, Vân Đồn, Nguyễn Thế Lộc, and Phạm Văn Đồng Streets

Parking Restrictions

From May 24 to July 12: No stopping or parking on Bạch Đằng Street (from Thành Điện Hải to Trần Quý Cáp).

On fireworks nights (3:00 PM to midnight), the no-parking order expands to:

• Trần Phú Street
• All alleyways connecting Bạch Đằng and Trần Phú
• Parts of: Ngô Quyền service road, Trần Thánh Tông, Phạm Văn Đồng, Trần Hưng Đạo, Bạch Đằng (Quang Trung to Thành Điện Hải)
• Ramps to/from Dragon Bridge and Sông Hàn Bridge, and other feeder roads, will also be within restricted no-parking zones.

Even authorized vehicles with permits cannot park in restricted zones, except for emergency and official-use vehicles (e.g., ambulances, fire trucks, technical and broadcast vans approved by Da Nang authorities).

Vehicle Restrictions

• Buses over 30 seats: Prohibited on Ngô Quyền Street (from Han River Bridge to Vương Thừa Vũ Street) from 4:00 PM until the end of the event.
• Container and semi-trailer trucks: Restricted on Yết Kiêu – Ngô Quyền – Ngũ Hành Sơn route from 4:00 PM to midnight.

Designated Drop-Off & Parking Areas

Vehicles under 30 seats:

• Directed to drop off and park at: The intersection of Vân Đồn and Nguyễn Trung Trực Streets; The Hồ Hán Thương – Lê Văn Duyệt junction (Sơn Trà District).
• All small vehicles will be organized on the northern side of Vân Đồn Street.

Vehicles over 30 seats: Required to park along Phạm Văn Đồng Street, which serves as a main route to the grandstand area and parking lots.

Vehicle Routes by Origin

From Western Da Nang:

• Vehicles under 30 seats: Cross Thuận Phước Bridge → Lê Đức Thọ Street → Chu Huy Mân Street → Vân Đồn Street
• Vehicles over 30 seats: Take Trường Chinh Street → Trần Thị Lý Bridge → Phạm Văn Đồng Street

From Southwest Da Nang:

• Vehicles under 35 seats: Cẩm Lệ Bridge → Cách Mạng Tháng Tám Street → 2 Tháng 9 Street → Tiên Sơn Bridge → Vân Đồn Street
• Vehicles over 35 seats: Follow National Highway 1 → CMT8 Street → Trần Thị Lý Bridge → Ngô Quyền Street → Phạm Văn Đồng Street

From Southeast (Ngũ Hành Sơn to Sơn Trà District):

• Vehicles under 30 seats: Võ Nguyên Giáp Street → Vương Thừa Vũ Street → Vân Đồn Street
• Larger vehicles: Lê Văn Hiến Street → Ngô Quyền Street → Phạm Văn Đồng Street
