Everything You Must Know about G-Dragon Concert 2025 in Vietnam
You have the golden ticket. Congratulations! Now, let's make sure you actually get in and have the best night of your life.
How to Use the VinWonders App & Facial ID
Option 1 (Recommended): Pre-Check-in via VinWonders App
- This is the fastest and easiest way to get in.
- Download the VinWonders app on your phone.
- Open the app and find the event check-in section.
- Scan the QR code from your e-ticket.
- The app will ask you to take a photo for facial verification.
TravelThru tip: Take this photo in good lighting. Do not wear glasses, a hat, or a mask. This photo is your key to the concert.
Option 2: In-Person Check-in
Did you forget to pre-check in? Don't panic, but you must arrive early.
- Go to the "In-Person Check-in" counters at the venue on the concert day.
- Have your e-ticket (on your phone) and your physical ID (like a CCCD or passport) ready.
- They will register your face on-site. This will take much longer than the app, so please plan for the extra time.
Official Event Schedule (Nov 8 & 9)
Both concert days follow the same schedule. Here is your timeline to plan the perfect day.
- 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM: Wristband Collection Opens
- 3:00 PM: VVIP & VIP Check-in for Soundcheck
- 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM: VVIP/VIP Soundcheck Experience
- 4:30 PM: General Admission Doors Open (for all other ticket tiers)
- 8:00 PM: G-Dragon Concert Begins!
- 10:30 PM (Approx.): Concert Ends
Wristband Collection: Where, When, and What You Need
Your e-ticket is not what gets you in. Your wristband is. You must collect this in person.
- Early Collection (Nov 6-7): Get it early! Head to Vincom Mega Mall Ocean Park 1.
Show-Day Collection (Nov 8-9): You can also get it on the day of the show. Go to the Venice Area in Ocean Park 3.
The 3 Golden Rules for Your Wristband
You MUST be there: You cannot send a friend to pick up your wristband. They need to scan your registered face to give it to you.
No face, no band: They will scan your face (from the app or in person) before they give you the wristband.
- Guard it with your life: Do not lose your wristband. Do not take it off. It is your only way to get in and out of the venue. You cannot get a replacement.
8Wonder Venue Rules
Pack light and check this list twice. Security will be strict to keep everyone safe.
What You CAN Bring:

Getting to 8Wonder Ocean City & Venue Map
Let's talk about the one part everyone dreads: getting there and getting home. Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 is a massive venue, and you can guarantee there will be major traffic.
While you could try your luck with ride-hailing apps or taxis, be prepared for huge surge pricing and long waits, especially when everyone tries to leave at the same time.
A much smarter, stress-free option is to pre-book your ride. Using a dedicated shuttle like TravelThru private transfer services is a great way to get to the concert and, more importantly, get home safely after. You completely avoid the parking nightmares and don't have to battle thousands of other fans for a car at 11 PM.
| Feature | TravelThru (Pre-Booked) | Ride-Hailing | Free Event VinBus | Personal Car / Motorbike |
| Cost | Fixed Price. You pay in advance, no matter what. | Surge pricing. Be prepared to pay 3x-5x the normal rate (or more) after the show. | Free! This is its best feature. | Parking fees. Plus the cost of fuel. |
| Convenience (Getting There) | Excellent. Your ride is booked. A driver waits for you. | Good. Easy to book a ride to the venue before the crowds. | Good. Buses run from main points like Times City & the Opera House. | Easy. You just drive yourself. |
| ConvenC (Getting Home) | Excellent (The Best). You have a guaranteed ride at a dedicated, pre-arranged pickup point. No waiting, no app-mashing. | Very Poor. This is the biggest gamble. You'll face long waits, high cancellation rates, and confusion trying to find your driver in the crowd. | Good, but... It runs until 3 AM, which is great. However, you must be prepared for massive queues and very crowded, standing-room-only buses. | Terrible. You will be stuck in parking lot gridlock for 1-2 hours before you even hit the main road traffic. |
| Comfort | High. You are guaranteed a comfortable seat to relax in after a long night of standing and dancing. | Medium. A standard car... if you can get one. | Very Low. Expect to be standing, packed in with hundreds of other tired fans. | High (at first). It's your own car, but the stress of driving in gridlock after a concert is high. |
| Best For... | Peace of mind. | Fans with a lot of patience (and a full battery). | Fans on a budget who don't mind crowds. | Fans who plan to leave very early (or very, very late). |
The venue itself is huge. 8Wonder has released an official venue map to help you navigate.
Our advice: Check the map before you go. Find your entrance gate, your section, and the nearest restrooms and food stalls. Planning this now will save you a ton of walking and stress later.
