ADJUSTMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If passengers have a flight/train delayed or changed, passengers notify Tue Anh immediately by phone. Pick-up service whose flight/train is delayed or changed can be confirmed directly by phone with Tue Anh (charges apply without going through the website). If passengers do not provide timely information about the delay and change of the flight/train via telephone, the service will continue to be monitored based on the information passengers have previously provided and the service will be considered impossible due to passengers’ failure to show up

  • If passengers want to adjust or cancel the service confirmed by Tue Anh, passengers contact Tue Anh via email [email protected] 24 (twenty-four) hours before the time of pickup. In case passengers make adjustments or cancel after the above time but are not accepted by Tue Anh, passengers will lose 100% of the value of passengers’ paid booking. Payment by credit card will not be refunded. They must be completely canceled and then reset if adjustments are made.
