  • General terms

    • These General Terms are the agreement of passengers to use the servies on the website travelthru.vn of Tue Anh Trading And Travel Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as Tue Anh) and third party websites.

    • By clicking on the “CONFIRM BOOKING” button, passengers agree and commit to fully comply with the regulations on this website. All Bookings are bound by these terms. In the event of a conflict between the General Terms and the Separate Agreement and Conditions, the Separate Agreement and Conditions shall prevail.

    • The final reality booking will be made between passengers and the Service Provider: Tue Anh acts as an intermediary to forward passengers requests to the selected Service Providers. Upon booking, passengers’ requests will immediately be forwarded to the Service Provider, confirmed by Tue Anh via email, and responded to passengers in the form of a non-binding booking request (it is allowed to cancel the booking within the specified time according to the terms of this website).

  • Regulations on using the Website

    • The travelthru.vn website is owned by Tue Anh. Passengers may only use the website to view information, book a ride and register for online payment without being used for any other commercial purpose

    • All contents on Tue Anh's website are only used for reference or as research materials provided that the source is clearly stated on Tue Anh's website. Any use of logos, trademarks, or any intellectual property on this website in any form is strictly prohibited without written consent from Tue Anh. Any violations may result in legal remedies.

  • Regulations on customer information

    When booking a ride and registering to pay through the website, passengers will be asked to provide some personal and account information.
    • For personal information: This information is only for the purpose of confirming the passengers’ booking and will display the necessary contents of the bookings. Tue Anh will also use this contact information to send passengers events, promotional news and special offers if passengers agree. Tue Anh will not disclose this information to third parties except with passengers’ consent or as required by law.

    • For account information: This information will be applied by Tue Anh and third parties with the highest security measures provided by famous payment systems in the world to ensure the absolute safety of passengers’ account information

  • Regulations on linked websites

    The travelthru.vn website may contain links to third party websites. These links are provided for passengers’ convenience, not to confirm, approve or be responsible for the content, products and services of such websites. Tue Anh does not assume any liability in relation to the information, content, policies or activities of third-party websites. When accessing these links, passengers should evaluate and comply with the terms of use and policies of that website.
  • Regulations on the performance of services

    • Booking: After completing the information, passengers submit passengersr Booking Confirmation to Tue Anh 24 (twenty-four) hours before the pick-up time (hereinafter referred to as Standard Time) on the travelthru.vn website.

      Passengers need to provide full information, especially the flight code/train code. Note that if there are special time requirements, or child seats, add new locations,... passengers need to make a specific note in the booking information

    • Adjustments and cancellations

      • If passengers have a delay or changed flight/train, passengers should notify Tue Anh immediately by phone. Pick-up service for delayed or changed flights/trains can be confirmed directly by phone with Tue Anh (fees apply without going through the website). If passengers do not provide timely information about the delay/change of the flight/train via phone, the service will be considered impossible due to passengers’ failure to show up. <br/> If passengers want to adjust or cancel the service confirmed by Tue Anh, passengers contact Tue Anh via email [email protected] before the Standard Time. In case passengers adjust or cancel after the Standard Time but are not accepted by Tue Anh, passengers will lose 100% of the value of paid booking. Payment by credit card will not be refunded. They must be completely canceled and then reset if adjustments are made.

      • Regulations on absence

        • For pickups at the airport/train station, Tue Anh will follow up based on the information passengers have provided and allow to wait passengers up to 60 minutes from the time the flight/train officially lands/arrives at the station designated by the airport/train authority or for pickups at other locations, Tue Anh will allow to wait passengers for a period of 15 minutes from the time of pickup according to the Booking (Hereinafter referred to as “Complimentary Waiting Period”). After the Complimentary Waiting Period is over, the wait time surcharge will be determined by the driver and approved by passengers before continuing to wait. In case passengers arrive earlier than the scheduled arrival time, passengers are required to wait for the driver

        • If passengers are not present at the time of pickup and/or the predetermined pickup point, the driver cannot be reached in person or through the phone number during the Complimentary Waiting Period, or passengers and passengers and drivers have not agreed on the wait time surcharge after the Complimentary Waiting Period, passengers will lose 100% of the value of the Booking paid.

        • If the Service Provider is not present at the pickup point after 15 (fifteen) minutes from the time of the Booking pickup and cannot be contacted by phone, passengers will be refunded 100% of the cost paid for that Booking.

      • Regulations on the complaint settlement process

        • After completing the trip, passengers can send a complaint related to the service performance to Tue Anh via email [email protected] within 03 (three) days from the date of completion of the trip. Tue Anh will not accept any complaints about the service performance after this period.

        • Tue Anh will receive, review and resolve passengers’ complaints within 03 (three) days from the date of receiving the complaint request. The result will be sent back by Tue Anh with full information and attached with specific evidence via passengers’ email/phone number

        • Passengers can directly respond to the email that Tue Anh has confirmed to continue complaining if passengers feel that the information passengers expect is not complete.

    • Regulations on capacity and baggage

      The number of passengers including children must correspond to the capacity of the vehicle selected according to the technical documentation and the placement of children in the front seat of the vehicle directly next to the driver is not allowed. Placing a child seat or substandard baggage in the vehicle may reduce the specified capacity threshold. In case passengers want to choose a vehicle with a capacity greater than the actual number of participating passengers, passerngers need to contact Tue Anh via email [email protected].

      Passengers must comply with the standard luggage quantity according to each vehicle type and according to the booked Booking. For hand luggage in the vehicle, things that are easy to move through the doorways can be carried, do not dirty or damage the seats, and do not hinder the driver while driving and when using the rearview mirrors.

      Large-sized luggage including but not limited to sports equipment (skis, snowboards, golf bags, surfboards, bicycles, ...), trolleys, wheelchairs, musical instruments, animal carriage, ... are substandard luggage and are subject to additional agreements, which in some cases may increase the cost of the service

      Passengers’ luggage is stored in the luggage compartment of the vehicle. Luggage must be placed with the luggage compartment lid closed before starting to move. If there is still space available with the driver's permission, cabin baggage may be stored in the luggage compartment.

      The driver has the right to provide additional means of transportation to remove all luggage for an additional fee or refuse to store passengersr luggage in case it exceeds the allowed amount, as well as in case the luggage is not up to standard, passengers will lose 100% of the value of the booking paid.

  • Regulations on service price

    The price of the booking service includes all taxes, fees, tips and road tolls. If passengers book an airport pick-up service, the price also includes the standard Meet & Greet package, which includes Tue Anh tracking passengers’ flight and waiting for passengers within 60 minutes of passengers flight landing. If passengers book a round-trip transfer to the airport - or any other pick-up service other than an airport transfer - the driver will wait for passengers within 15 minutes of pick-up time as per the Booking. Please note that passengers may incur additional charges for special requests or any changes to passengers’ itinerary.

  • Responsibilities of Tue Anh

    • Resolve questions, errors and violations that passengers encounter during the payment process if due to the fault of Tue Anh

    • Ensure the full implementation of all bookings that passengers register in accordance with the provisions of this website

    • Any changes will be promptly notified to passengers as soon as they are discovered.

    • It has the task of confidentiality and safe storage of passengersr information with the highest seriousness

  • Responsibilities of passengers

    • Commitment to take full responsibility for personal information, credit card/bank account information provided to Tue Anh is honest and accurate. If there are errors, fakes or disputes arising, Tue Anh has the right to cancel paid booking.

    • Passengers are responsible for checking passengers’ account information to promptly notify Tue Anh if there are problems within 03 (three) days from the date of payment or after completing the trip. Tue Anh will not accept any complaints about the payment after this time

    • Passengers do not use the contents of the website for commercial purposes without the written consent of Tue Anh.

    • Passengers must take precautionary measures to ensure that any of passengers’ choices when using the Tue Anh website are free from viruses or any other external threat that may interfere with or damage passengers’ computer system.

    • After the end of the service, passengers agree to participate in the survey to provide a basis for improving service quality. These surveys are conducted via email or phone number. Passengers can opt out by deactivating the corresponding option in passengersr profile.

    • Assist Tue Anh in notifying Tue Anh of other websites using information from the website managed by Tue Anh without written consent or giving false information about Tue Anh.

  • Disclaimer

    • Passengers are insured by a Tue Anh Service Provider for each trip with reasonable coverage provided by an insurance company or reputable organization in the area in which passengers use the service. Tue Anh is exempt from insurance liability for passengers. It is the responsibility of Tue Anh to coordinate the handling when an incident arises between passengers and the Service Providers, provide information, and ensure that the parties exercise their related rights and obligations.

    • Tue Anh is excluded from liability for expenses related to missed trips, especially for passengersr air and train travel.

    • Tue Anh is not responsible for the accuracy and orthodoxy of all information provided by passengers; is not responsible for the theft of passengersr information if the theft is made from passengersr machine due to a computer virus or any other cause; is not responsible if damage occurs to passengersr computer system during payment or interference related to the use of a third-party website.

    • Tue Anh is not responsible for the loss of passengersr information due to objective incidents and force majeure such as natural disasters, droughts, fires, wars, etc.

  • Governing Laws and Dispute Settlement

    Transactions on the website shall be construed, interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable provisions of Vietnamese law. During the service period, if a dispute arises, the parties will negotiate and seek to resolve in the spirit of cooperation and respect for each other's legitimate rights and interests. If it is not resolved, then one of the parties is entitled to sue to the Court of Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City for settlement, the Court's judgment is the final decision

    If one or more provisions of these General Terms are invalid under the provisions of applicable law, the validity and legality of the remaining provisions of these General Terms shall not be affected.
